In over a period of little over 4 hours, the goal is to explain to you from the lens of a practicing lawyer- how the criminal law really works. Of course, there will be discussion of the theory as well, but our prime focus will be on the operation of the law. Our faculty will try and explain to you the many real-life situation one encounters when dealing in criminal law. Refer to the syllabus given in the brochure to get a glimpse of the topics we are going to cover in the workshop, so that you get an idea of what to expect from the sessions over the two days.

The aim of the workshop is to encourage students to write research papers and present their paper in various conferences and competitions. This workshop will be focusing on Research literacy, plagiarism and skills to write scholarly articles for journals. The workshop will be mainly divided in four sessions.
