Ms Vishakha Sharma is a final year law student at Bharati Vidyapeeth's New Law College, Pune. Any student at Bharati Vidyapeeth can testify to Vishakha's toe hold command on Constitutional and Administrative Laws. In her time at law school, she has done numerous activities in the field of Constitutional Law, some notable ones being participating and winning prestigious Moot Courts on the constitutional validity of Talaq-e-Biddat, polygamy and Halala; media trials; defamation; rights of aided and unaided minority institutions; religious conversions; etc. She has also written several research papers on a wide host of topics including Sedition, Space Law, Space Terrorism, Media Laws and Health Laws. Her interest in human rights and Constitution know no bounds. To this effect, she is associated with Red Cross Society, an NGO dedicated to conservation of human rights. To have Vishakha onboard is nothing short of a preliminary achievement, to work with her, even more.
